- oat flakes - 1 glass;
- dried apricots - 6 pcs.;
- sunflower seeds - 30 g;
- large bananas - 3 pcs.
We turn bananas into mashed potatoes in any convenient way. Cut the washed dried apricots into small pieces. Mix the oatmeal with mashed banana, dried apricots and peeled seeds. Gather the cooked mass with a tablespoon and place on a baking sheet. We bake lean oatmeal cookies without flour for 25 minutes.

- baking powder - 1 tsp;

- raisins - 45 g;
- seeds - 40 g.

Mix wheat flour with baking powder and ground cinnamon. Pour the resulting dry mixture into the previously prepared mass. - brine - 350 ml;
- sugar - 180 g;
- oatmeal - 2 cups;
- premium flour - 3 glasses;
- natural honey - 50 g;
