  • fresh cucumbers (or pickled) - 4 pieces of medium size or 2 large.
  • mayonnaise - 100 grams,
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Chicken must be boiled in advance until cooked. If you are not using the breast, but for example meat from the thighs or legs, then separate the meat from the bones and skin. Cut it into small cubes.

2. Boil potatoes for salad. It can be cooked both in its uniform and already peeled. Choose according to your taste, but be sure to cool it down before adding it to the salad.

3. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Add to a misa or saucepan with potatoes and chicken.

4. Open the green peas and drain the liquid. Put the peas in the salad bowl too.

5. Carrots must be cooked in the same way in advance. If you are boiling potatoes in their skins, you can put the carrots in the same saucepan, only you will have to pull them out a little earlier so that they are not overcooked. After all, carrots are cooked faster than potatoes. Cool carrots, cut into cubes and add to salad.

For this salad you will need:

  • chicken fillet - 500 grams,
  • canned pineapples - 1 can,
  • fresh tangerines - 3-4 pieces,
  • hard cheese - 150 grams,
  • greens for decoration,
  • salt, pepper and mayonnaise.

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken. Boil it for no more than half an hour and do not forget to add salt to the water, chicken salted during cooking will be tastier in a salad. If you are using other parts of the chicken instead of the breast, remove the bones and do not add the skin to the salad.

Cut the chicken into medium sized pieces. It is best to rely on the fact that the pieces of all ingredients will be the same size.
