Ingredients

  • Radish - 120 g
  • Sour cream - 200 g
  • Cucumber - 60 g
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Mustard - 0.5 tsp
  • Dill - 5 branches
  • Parsley - 5 branches
  • Green onion - 5 branches
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper - ground to taste

Cooking method

  • Boil the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites (only yolks are used in the recipe).
  • Crumble the yolks with your hands, add sour cream, chop everything with an immersion blender.
  • Rinse radishes and cucumbers, cut into very small pieces.
  • Add herbs and vegetables to the bulk and stir.
  • Season the sauce with ground black pepper, salt and stir.
